Report an update

Use the Report an update link on any stay page, or use the corrections contact that opens with the site's launch. No account is needed. Tell us the stay, the attribute, and what you found. Reports are shown as "reported, pending re-verification" until a checker re-reads a source; they are never published as fact on a report alone.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days. Hoteliers: your updates enter the same evidence pipeline as any other source and are marked hotel-supplied once verified.

How traveler reports work

Reports must describe a genuine stay. They are checked for plausibility, never edited for sentiment, and negative reports stay. We do not offer incentives for reports, and we never seed the site with testimonials.
